📌 1. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

We always try to provide the best quality organic & natural food products to our customers.
Still, if you face any genuine issue, please read our policy below.

1.1 Refund Policy

Refund is applicable only when:

  • We fail to deliver the product

  • Product is out of stock after payment

  • Product is severely damaged and cannot be replaced

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Mobile Payment (bKash/Nagad)

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

1.2 Eligible for Return/ Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, broken, or leaked product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Product has expired or is substandard

  • Packaging is severely damaged upon arrival

Note:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing photo/video proof.

1.3 Not Eligible for Refund/ Return 

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product already opened or used

  • Product damaged due to customer mishandling

  • No unboxing video/photo provided

  • Change of mind after receiving the product

  • Food item consumed partially

  • Product returned without original packaging

1.4 Replacement Policy

If your request meets our conditions:

  • We will replace the product

  • Replacement delivery is free in most cases

  • Time required: 2–5 business days depending on location

1.5 How to Request a Refund/Replacement

You must contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Customer Name

  • Phone Number

  • Unboxing video / photo proof

  • Issue clearly explained
