1. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

1.1 Refund Policy
Refund is applicable only when:
We fail to deliver the product
Product is out of stock after payment
Product is severely damaged and cannot be replaced
Refunds will be processed through:
Mobile Payment (bKash/Nagad)
Bank transfer (if applicable)
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
1.2 Eligible for Return/ Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged, broken, or leaked product
You received the wrong item
Product has expired or is substandard
Packaging is severely damaged upon arrival
Note:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing photo/video proof.
1.3 Not Eligible for Refund/ Return

Change of mind after receiving the product
Food item consumed partially
Product returned without original packaging
